within a world of fantasies and doubt lies large canadian city by the name of vancouver. nicknamed "vamsterdam," it holds a reputation synonymous with the netherlands for one simple law: marijuana is legal. can it get any better than that? the drug laws aren't nearly as harsh as america's view of the trade. it's sold on almost every street corner. the night life is raging with coke heads and pill poppers.
